Orders with standard ground shipping will usually be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends and holidays, which may delay your order. Consider that other variables out of our control, including inclement weather, may have an impact on shipping times.
You will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folders. If you cannot locate the email, send us an email to hello@parakaushe.com and we will provide you with the shipping information for your order.
If we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, you are responsible for contacting us and paying the full shipping cost for your item to be reshipped. If a refund is requested on that order, we will not be able to refund the cost originally paid for shipping
All orders shipped within the continental USA over $250.00 receive free standard shipping.
Orders shipped via standard shipping will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, and will be received within 4-7 business days.

We offer expedited shipping for all orders in the United States, you may select the option at checkout to have your order expedited. Once the item is shipped you should expect to receive your item within 2-3 business days with expedited shipping. Please note the shipping time is estimated after your order has shipped out, not from the time the order is placed.
Although we provide estimates of the number of days your order will take to arrive, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive within those quoted time-frames. We process and ship most orders within 24 to 48 hours. We do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may delay the processing and shipment of your order. Shipping & handling delays, although infrequent, may delay your order. If you would like other shipping options, please contact us hello@parakaushe.com prior to ordering. We can provide overnight, next day, and other expedited shipping options upon request.

If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is confirmed as lost in transit or delivered to a different address then the one provided at checkout, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
PARAKAUSHE is not responsible for products marked as delivered by the Post Office. If your tracking information is marked as delivered, but you have not received your items, we recommend waiting another 24-48 hours for your items to be delivered, as USPS can often be delayed on their end. We also recommend checking with nearby neighbors, as occasionally the post office will deliver to a nearby address by mistake.
